stay far far away from this company. they scam students out of money and illegally bill counts after accounts are cancelled. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD - BUYER BEWARE IT'S A SCAM!!!

Stay away! This is a complete scam. Difficult to cancel the trial and there are no emails to inform you of billing being processed. Customer support is unresponsive, and when you do receive a response it’s a generic blanket response.

As I was looking for some material to help my daughter, I thought I'd give a trial subscription a shot. Sadly, I couldn't locate any useful content. Being a regular traveler, both in the country and abroad, I had to pull the plug on my subscription after just a week. The whole cancellation thing was a hassle because of a one-hour time zone difference, and I faced issues while trying to cancel. I put in a cancellation request, but they didn’t refund my money. Even after sending three different requests, I got no reply. It's pretty disappointing that this company lacks a customer service number and provides such unprofessional support.

"Missed the cancellation deadline and got charged"
I totally spaced on canceling my subscription in time, which led to me being billed for a whole month I didn’t even want. I tried contacting customer support three times, but sadly, no one got back to me. This kind of service is a surefire way to drive customers away. Other subscription services usually reply within a day and would give a refund without any hassle. I’m done with Numerade because of their awful support. When a business focuses more on quick cash than on nurturing long-term relationships with customers, they end up losing more than they gain. Enjoy that $20, 'cause you won’t see another dime from me. UPDATE: If your company actually tried to help students by refunding accidental charges, like you’re currently trying to respond to bad reviews, you wouldn’t have so many negative comments in the first place. It’s just basic customer service. But hey, enjoy that last $20 from me. I’ve also told my friends to steer clear of your platform.

UPDATE: If your company made an effort to assist students by refunding accidental subscription charges, like you are currently putting effort into responding to negative reviews, you wouldn't have as many negative reviews in the future. It's called basic customer service. But go ahead, enjoy the last $20 you'll ever receive from me. I have also advised my friends to stop using your platform.

"Avoid This App at All Costs!"
This app is just a total scam. They’re all about tricking folks into losing their cash. I had a really bad time with it, and I can’t stress enough how much I recommend steering clear of the trial or any interaction with this app. Just be careful and keep your distance!
