stay far far away from this company.  they scam students out of money and illegally bill counts after accounts are cancelled.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD - BUYER BEWARE IT'S A SCAM!!!

Stay away! This is a complete scam. Difficult to cancel the trial and there are no emails to inform you of billing being processed. Customer support is unresponsive, and when you do receive a response it’s a generic blanket response.

The service here leaves much to be desired. When it comes to refunds, they can be quite rude.

The whole cancellation thing was a hassle because of a one-hour time zone difference, and I faced issues while trying to cancel. I put in a cancellation request, but they didn’t refund my money. Even after sending three different requests, I got no reply. It's pretty disappointing that this company lacks a customer service number and provides such unprofessional support.

This app is just a total scam. They’re all about tricking folks into losing their cash. I had a really bad time with it, and I can’t stress enough how much I recommend steering clear of the trial or any interaction with this app. Just be careful and keep your distance!
